During my stay, I was truly impressed by the kindness of the staff, especially the newer employees who went out of their way to make me feel welcomed despite language barriers. The entertainment team's enthusiasm in organizing activities, like water polo, really elevated the atmosphere and made my experience a lot more enjoyable. However, I did wish there were a few more options for relaxation activities to complement the fun.
